Yes. Each new account gets a 14-night Solo trial with all three agents and unlimited repricing listings. No credit card is needed. After the trial, the account switches to Starter automatically unless you upgrade.
A SKU is one sellable variant in your connected store. A product with three sizes counts as three SKUs. Starter monitors up to 100 active listings for repricing. Solo monitors unlimited listings overnight, and Studio does the same across up to 3 stores.
All plans currently bill monthly. An annual option with a discount is planned for a future update. To receive notice when available, contact [email protected].
Yes. Cancel anytime in your account settings. Your plan remains active through the current billing period, then moves automatically to the Starter free plan. Your data and store connections stay retained.
Seltova supports Shopify as the primary store and Etsy as its first marketplace integration. More marketplaces are on the roadmap. Studio customers receive new integrations as they launch. Contact us about an unlisted marketplace to add it to our priority list.
Price changes and routine buyer replies run automatically overnight within your rules. Listing drafts enter a review queue and need approval before publishing. Any agent can use review mode, requiring manual sign-off for every action. The morning activity log records what happened while you were away.
